Payment of Application Fee

• The Application fee will be payable in the form of bank demand draft in favour of "Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Sewa Chayan Board payable at Allahabad".
• The Bank demand draft as a application fee must be made from any branch of State Bank of India (SBI), Punjab National Bank (PNB), Union Bank of India (UBI), Bank of Borada (BOB) and Allahabad Bank only.

• After fulfill all the necessary information in the application form, Candidates should be send the application form, bank demand draft & relevant documents by the registry post / speed post to following address.
