How to Easily Apply A Passport With www.passportindia.gov.in

If you are clueless on how to apply a passport application in http://www.passportindia.gov.in the first thing that you should do is to become an online registered user on the website of Passport Seva and in order to create a user account for the online form submission you can visit http://www.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/user/RegistrationBaseAction, after that you will be asked to enter the passport office under the jurisdiction of where you are currently residing. Once that is done, you will be asked to input your given name, surname, date of birth, your preferred login identification and the password that goes with it.

How to Apply Online

You need to download the form through the left navigation menu. Once you have been able to register online in http://www.passportindia.gov.in, the first step that you should do is to log into your Passport Seva user account, then click the “Apply Passport Online” option located within the left navigational menu. After that, you will be asked to  upload the needed files through the “Upload Document” link located on the applicant home page. Please take note that the documents that will be uploaded are in .pdf format and must be self-attested which means there should be a signature from the applicant. The last step will require you to be personally present at the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) or the Mini Passport Seva Kendra (Mini PSK). Also, you must schedule an appointment with the PSK or the Mini PSK that is associated with the jurisdiction of the applicant’s current and valid address.

When you chose to decide to have an Online Appointment, it is mandatory to go to PSK to commence further passport processing. Only people who have medical or emergency cases are able to go to PSK without any appointment. Please be reminded that with these cases, such service will be provided with discretion from the PSK in charge. In the event that the form submission process in PSK isn’t completed within the duration of 3 months of submitting application online, you will be required to restart the submission of all the needed applications.

General Instructions
  1. All appointments shall be on “contract basis” and will be initially for a period of ‘four years’ including a probation period of one year.  The contractual appointment may be extended for a further period of ‘four years’ based on performance of the candidate during the initial period of four years. The appointment of Sr. Resident will be period of 3 years on contract basis including a probation period of one year.
  2. All the posts(s) are on consolidated package basis.  The incumbents will be eligible for an annual increment@7.5% of Pay Band & Grade Pay.  The remuneration packages are based on Pay Band & Grade Pay as per revised pay rules 2008 and HR policy of ILBS.
  3. The above vacancies are subject to change at any given point of time and the Institute reserves the right whether or not to fill up any post.  No appeal will be entertained or accepted.  It is not obligatory on the part of the Institute to call for Interview every candidate who possesses the essential qualification and no representation in this regard will be entertained from any candidate.
  4. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3 years for OBC candidates.  For the post reserved for OBC category, the application of those candidates will be considered who have OBC certificate issued by GNCT of Delhi.  In respect of persons with disabilities upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years (10 years for SC/ST and 8 years for OBC), with regards to posts mentioned from Sl.     7. Consultant –DM/MCh. or Equivalent
    8. Experience – Minimum 03 years after DM/M.Ch.
  2. Preference will be given to consultants whose residence is within a distance of 15 Km from the Institute.
  3. Consultants preferably should be less than 60 years of age. Management ILBS may consider relaxation in age limit in exceptional cases.
  4. Distribution of income – The percentage of ILBS Administration charge will be 10% of the total remuneration payable, if it exceeds Rs. 10,000 in a month.
  5. The Consultant will make themselves available in the Institute as per the requirement of the Institute. On urgent call, they will make themselves available within one hour of such call being made to him.
  6. Referral to other specialty or consultant – Referral by honorary consultant will be made only to the serving faculty of ILBS or a consultant empanelled with ILBS. Under no circumstances a referral will be made to any consultant not empanelled in ILBS.
  7. Below the poverty line (BPL) patients shall not be charged any consultation fee as per the Govt. guidelines.
  8. Period of appointment – The appointment initially will be for a period of two years subject to further renewal by mutual consent. This appointment can be terminated by giving one month notice period from either side.
  9. DMC registration is mandatory.

Rajasthan Public Service Commission began its operations from the year 1949 on the 16th of August and it offered for the elimination of Public Service Commissions or other institutions performing the duties of Public Service Commissions in the constituent states. The commission is responsible for recruitment of candidates for different government jobs in the state of Rajasthan.

When the state of Rajasthan was formed, Public Service Commission existed only in three of the total 22 covenanting states namely Bikaner, Jodhpur and Jaipur. Therefore, after the formulation of the state of Rajasthan, the Rajasthan Public Service Commission was established after the aforesaid states were brought under one umbrella in the name of state of Rajasthan.
