जयपुर। राजस्थान लोकसेवा आयोग द्वारा द्वितीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा का पुराना पाठ्यक्रम हटा नया तैयार किया जा रहा है। आयोग की लापरवाही का खामियाजा उन छात्रों को भुगतना पड रहा है, जिन्होंने पुराने पाठ्यक्रम के अनुसार पढाई शुरू कर दी थी।

आरपीएससी ने दो माह पूर्व दस हजार द्वितीय श्रेणी शिक्षकों की भर्ती निकाल सिलेबस वेबसाइट पर जारी किया था। परीक्षा अगस्त में प्रस्तावित है। अभ्यर्थियों ने आवेदन पत्र भरकर जारी सिलेबस के अनुसार पढाई शुरू कर दी, लेकिन कुछ दिन पूर्व वेबसाइट से अचानक कुछ विष्ाय का सिलेबस हटा लिया गया। इस बारे में आयोग सचिव के.के. पाठक कहन है कि संशोधन कर अगले सप्ताह तक नया सिलेबस जारी कर दिया जाएगा।

नीलिमा और हरीश ने जीता मैग्सेसे पुरस्कार

मनीला। एशिया के नोबेल पुरस्कार के रूप में प्रतिष्ठित मैग्सेसे पुरस्कार को जीतने में इस बार दो भारतीयों हरीश हंडे और नीलिमा मिश्रा ने कामयाबी हासिल की है। इसकी घोषणा बुधवार को हुई। नीलिमा (39) को यह पुरस्कार "महाराष्ट्र में ग्रामीणों के साथ मिलकर अथक परिश्रम करने पर दिया गया है। नीलिमा ने ग्रामीणों को उनकी आकांक्षाओं और उनकी कठिनाइयों दोनों को सामूहिक प्रयास से सफलतापूर्वक निपटने के लिए उन्हें एकजुट किया है। साथ ही नीलिमा ने उनकी जीवन की दशा में सुधार के लिए उनमें आत्मविश्वास के भाव को तीव्र किया है।" हरीश (44) को यह पुरस्कार "एक सामाजिक उद्यम के जरिए गरीबों तक सौर ऊर्जा की प्रौद्योगिकी पहुंचाने के लिए उनके भावुक एवं व्यावहारिक प्रयासों के लिए दिया गया है। यह उद्यम भारत के वृहद ग्रामीण आबादी के लिए एक विशिष्ट रूप से निर्मित, सस्ता और टिकाऊ बिजली का प्रबंध करता है।" इस पुरस्कार की घोषणा रेमन मैग्सेसे अवार्ड फाउंडेशन की ओर से की गई। ज्ञात हो कि पुणे विश्वविद्यालय से नैदानिक मनोविज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर मिश्रा ने महाराष्ट्र के बहादरपुर के गांव में भगिनी निवेदिता ग्रामीण विज्ञान निकेतन की स्थापना की है। मैसाच्यूसेट्स विश्वविद्यालय से ऊर्जा अभियांत्रिकी में पीएचडी हंडे ख़डगपुर स्थित भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (आईआईटी) से पढ़ाई कर चुके हैं। वह बेंगलुरू में सेल्को सोलर लाइट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के सह-संस्थापक और इसके प्रबंध निदेशक हैं। इनके अलावा मैग्सेसे पुरस्कार से सम्मानित होने वालों में फिलिपींस के "अल्टरनेटिव इंडिगेनस डेवलपमेंट फाउंडेशन", इंडोनेशिया के हसनानी जुएनी, कम्बोडिया के कौल पन्हा और इंडोनिशया के ही ट्रि मुमपुनी शामिल हैं। उल्लेखनीय है कि मैग्सेसे पुरस्कार की स्थापना वर्ष 1957 में हुई। यह पुरस्कार फिलिपींस के तीसरे राष्ट्रपति रमन मैगसेसे की याद में एशिया के संगठनों अथवा व्यक्तियों को प्रतिवर्ष दिया जाता है। छह विजेताओं को 31 अगस्त को मनीला में आयोजित एक समारोह में एक प्रमाणपत्र, राष्ट्रपति की तस्वीर युक्त एक पदक और नकद राशि प्रदान की जाएगी।
