1. Master's Degree in Library & Information Science.
2. Good Communication Skills in English & Hindi.
3. Computer skills - Good practical knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and & Excel, and a Library Software. Experience in using Libsys will be preferable.
4. Experience in an IIT or in an Institute comparable to IIT will be added advantage.
5. Attitude - Candidate must be willing to work hard and prove himself/herself. Eagerness to learn new skills and adapting to working as a team are essential.
