Apply for vacancies in CRPF for the posts of Constable (Technical/Trademen) in Southern of India - Nov 2011

Applications are invited from Male and Female Indian citizens who are ordinarily resident in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Maharashtra and Gujarat for filling up the vacancies of Constables(Trade & Technical) in CRPF. State-wise vacancies released/notified are as under :

Constable (Technical/Trademen)

Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade pay Rs. 2000/-

Age : 18-23 years as on 01/8/2011

Education Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board / University.

Technical Qualification :

i) For post of Constable(Fitter), candidates must have passed Motor Vehicle Fitter Course (Automobiles)/Motor Mechanic Course from ITI or any other recognized institutions and should have one year experience. However, wards of CRPF personnel who have undergone training in ITIs run by CRPF are exempted from one year practical experience.

ii) For post of CT(Driver), candidates should possess “Transport Vehicle” driving licence and pass the driving test at the time of recruitment. DRIVING LICENCES POSSESSED BY THE CANDIDATES SHOULD BE IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF MOTOR VEHICLES ACT, 1988.

iii) For post of CT(Bugler/ Tailor/ Cobler/ Carpenter/Gardener/ Painter/ Pipe Band/ Brass Band/ Cook/ Water Carrier/Safai Karmachari / Barber/ Washerman), candidates should be having good working knowledge of trade in which he/she wishes to be enlisted.

iv) Candidates should qualify trade test at the time of recruitment proces
