HCS (JUDICIAL BRANCH) MAIN WRITTEN EXAMINATION - 2011
It is announced for the general information of the candidates who have applied inHCS (JUDICIAL BRANCH) MAIN WRITTEN EXAMINATION - 2011
response to Advertisement No. 3 published on 21-06-2011 in various News Papers and have
been declared qualified and applied for HCS (Jd. Br.) Main Examination 2011, that the
HCS (Jd. Br.) Main Examination 2011 will be held from 24.11.2011 to 26.11.2011 at
Chandigarh. Admit - Cards are being sent to the individual candidates. If any candidate does not
receive his/her Admit - Card upto 22nd November, 2011, he/she may contact the Commission’s
office personally on 23rd November, 2011 during the office hours to obtain duplicate Admit -
Card. It is made clear that admission to this Examination is provisional and subject to the
eligibility and correctness of facts submitted by the candidates in their application forms.
The Candidates who find any error i.e. wrong entry of Name, Category and Date of Birth
etc. in their Admit - Cards, may also contact the Commission’s office on 23rd November, 2011
for necessary rectifications.
Note:- A Physically Handicapped (Partially Blind) candidate, if any, who wants the help of
a scribe for writing his/her paper may apply to the Commission for seeking
permission of having a scribe atleast 10 days before the commencement of the
Examination.No such permission will be granted by the centre Supervisor.
