Recruitment against Sports quota for the year 2011-2012
Applications are invited from eligible sports persons in the prescribed format for filling up of 12 vacancies in Gr C & 16 vacancies in Gr D categories in the Pay Band-1 ( Rs 5200 to 20200/- ) and Grade Pays varying from Rs 1800/-,1900/-,2000/-,2400/- & 2800/- for following disciplines:-
- Handball –Men &Women
- Volleyball- Men& Women
- Athletics- Men & Women
- Boxing- Men
- Kabaddi- Men
- Basketball- Men
- Shuttle Badminton-Men
- Kho-Kho : Men

Age limit:-18 to 25 years as on 01.01.2012
Educational qualifications;-
( i ) For Gr C;
(a ) 10th class pass for those candidates applying for the post with the Grade Payof Rs 1900/-
( b ) Graduation for those candidates applying for the post with the Grade Pay of Rs 2800/-
( ii ) For Gr D;
8th pass (outstanding sports persons ).Candidates applying for the post with the Grade Pay of Rs 1800/-
