It is proposed to fill up 11 posts of Junior Hindi Translator, Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) Non-Ministerial in the scale of pay of Rs.9300-3488/- in Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- in films Division by deputation from amongst Central Government Officers:

(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis, or

(ii) posts in the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200/- in pay band –I with Grade Pay of Rs.1900/- or equivalent with 13 years regular service in the grade; and

(b) possessing following educational and other qualification:

Essential

Master’s Degree of a recognised University in Hindi/English with English/ Hindi as a compulsory and elective subject or as medium of examination at Degree level, or Bachelor’s Degree of a recognised University with Hindi & English as compulsory/ elective subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as compulsory/ elective subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as compulsory /elective subject plus a recognised diploma/ certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice- versa in the Central/ State Government/Government of India Undertakings.

Places of vacancies are as follows:

(i) One vacancy is at Main Office Mumbai and one vacancy at Southern Regional Production Centre, Bangalore

(ii) Rest nine vacancies are at following nine Branch Offices ( one at each Branch) :

Mumbai,Nagpur, Lucknow,Kolkata, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram and Madurai
