Job Designation: Deputy Registrar-01 post
Scale of Pay: PB-III Rs. 15600-39100/- + G.P. 7600/-
Eligibility Conditions: – Officers in Central/State Government/Courts and Tribunals holding:-
- An analogous post ; OR A post in the scale of Rs. 10000-15200/- (prerevised) since revised to the scale of pay of Rs.15600-39100/- (PB-3) with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- and having five years regular service in the grade; OR a post in the grade of Rs. 6500-10500 (prerevised) since revised to the scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800/- (PB-2) with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- and having ten years of regular service in the grade;
- Having a Degree in law from a recognized university.
Job Designation: Court Master-01 post
Scale of Pay: PB-II Rs. 9300-34800/- + G.P. 4800/-
Eligibility Conditions: – Officers of Central/State Government/Court/ Tribunals and holding:-
An analogous posts on regular basis; OR Personal Assistant/Steno Grade ‘C’ of Central/State Government/Courts/Tribunals in the scale of Rs.6500- 10500/- (pre revised) since revised to the scale of pay of Rs. 9300-34800/- (PB-2) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- and having two years of regular service in the grade; OR Personal Assistant/Steno Grade ‘C’ of Central/State Government/Courts/Tribunals in the scale of Rs.5500-9000/- (pre-revised) since revised to the scale of pay of Rs. 9300-34800/- (PB-2) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- and having six years of regular service in the grade.
Desirable: Degree in Law from a recognized University.
Job Designation: Private Secretary-01 post
Scale of Pay: PB-II Rs. 9300-34800/- + G.P. 4800/-
Eligibility Conditions:- Officers of Central/State Government/Court/ Tribunals and holding:-
An analogous posts on regular basis; OR Personal Assistant/Steno Grade ‘C’ of Central/State Government/Courts/Tribunals in the scale of Rs.6500- 10500/- (pre revised) since revised to the scale of pay of Rs. 9300-34800/- (PB-2) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-and having two years of regular service in the grade; OR Personal Assistant/Steno Grade ‘C’ of Central/State Government/Courts/Tribunals in the scale of Rs.5500-9000/- (pre-revised) since revised to the scale of pay of Rs. 9300-34800/- (PB-2) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- and having six years of regular service in the grade.
Job Designation: Steno Grade ‘D’-02 posts
Scale of Pay: PB-I Rs. 5200-20200/- + G.P.Rs.2400/-
Eligibility Condition: – Officials of the State/Central Govt./Courts/Tribunals holding analogous posts on regular basis.
Possessing the qualifications;
i) Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board or University; and
ii) Short hand speed of 80 words per minute in English.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
