The reservation of vacancies for OBC, SC& ST is as per rules. The no of vacancies indicated above against each SIB are provisional and liable to change.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 27 years of age as on 04.12.2011. However upper age limit is relax able for reserved & departmental candidates in terms of Govt. of India instructions issued from time to time.
Eligibility Conditions:
Essential: (i) Matriculation (10 th pass) or equivalent from a recognised Board
(ii) Knowledge of local language/dialect as stipulated ( in the detailed advertisement ) against each SIBx
Desirable : Field experience in intelligence work.
Pay Scale: Rs 5200-20200/- and grade pay of Rs 2000/- plus Central Govt. allowances as admissible
